Level 4 Single Unit Courses

These units form part of the Level 4 Diploma but can also be studied individually.

Distance Learning Course Fees

Single Subject £400 (Incl. VAT) or pay a deposit of £150 followed by two instalments of £125.

A one year Affiliate membership of NALP is incuded in your initial enrolment for a single unit subject. However, if you decide to continue enrolling for single unit subjects, you will need to pay for your Affiliate Membership separately, in order to continue studying.

NB. In order to enrol for a single unit subject you must have prior knowledge of the English Legal System. None of these single unit legal subject exists in isolation. Please notify us of any prior training or knowledge when enrolling.

Please note: you could consider completing a Level 3 Qualification instead. For example: an Award costs less than a single unit subject at level 4 and comprises 2 Units: one is mandatory and is 'An introduction to Law for Paralegals', covering The English Legal System, Contract and Tort. You will then be able to choose an optional subject of your choice. Go to the Level 3 Qualifications

Entry Requirements

One of the following is required:

Two A Levels; A Level Law; BTEC National Diploma (NVQ/GNVQ Level 3 or above);

CILEX Level 3 Qualifications; ILSPAs Legal Secretary Diploma;

Mature Students over age 25 welcome - please contact us to confirm eligibility

Non UK: Equivalent Qualifications - please contact us to confirm eligibility

A good command of written and spoken English is required.

e.g. ESOL Level 2, GCSE English.
