OLD- Level 4 Diploma in Paralegal Studies
Our Level 4 Diploma in Paralegal Studies will give you a sound knowledge and understanding of both the English legal System and other legal areas together with Procedural law. It is the benchmark qualification that will launch your Paralegal Career and from which you can specialise should you decide to develop your career further. Assessment is by way of assignment for each unit of study. All ten unit assignments have to be successfully completed in order to gain the Level 4 Diploma.

One of the following is required or equivalent (if unsure, please contact us):
NALP Level 3 Certificate or Diploma in Paralegal Practice; two A' Levels; an A' Level Law; BTEC National Diploma (NVQ/GNVQ Level 3 or above);
CILEX Level 3 Qualifications; ILSPAs Legal Secretary Diploma;
NB. Evidence of the above must be provided on request.

A good command of written and spoken English is required.
Please Note: The NALP Level 4 Diploma in Paralegal Studies is only available in English. If your first language is not English then you must be able to provide evidence that your spoken and written command of the English Language is adequate for the qualification for which you have applied. e.g. IELTS Level 6, GCSE English.

The course takes approximately 10-14 months to complete if you input regular hours of study per week.
Overall time limit to complete the whole course is two years. Failure to complete the course within this time, may result in a learner having to re-enroll.
NB. If you decide to enrol for one Part only then the overall time for completion is one year.

Part One £680 (Incl.VAT) or pay a deposit of £280, then four monthly instalments of £100.
Part Two £680 (Incl.VAT) or pay a deposit of £280, then four monthly instalments of £100.
Complete Course £1160 (Incl.VAT) or pay a deposit of £360, then five monthly instalments of £160.
Single Unit £400 (Incl. VAT) or pay a deposit of £150, then two monthly payments of £125.

Class Attendance at a NALP Centre: 10 Written Assignments.
On gaining this qualification you will be eligible to apply for Associate Membership of NALP (A.NALP).
This will distinguish you as being a qualified paralegal.
NB: Students who take single subjects of either module are only entitled to Affiliate membership.
