Access to a law library or law texts is essential as the award involves research.

Assessment Three substantial 'work based' assignments of some 5000 words each. Text books are provided with the assignments.

Level 4 Diploma in Paralegals Studies;
LLB & Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in Paralegal Practice;
LLB & Legal Practice Course
ILEX Level 6
Law Degree based on Common Law (overseas students please note, your degree needs to include The English
Legal System)
Other Equivalent Qualification (please specify)
