Terms and Conditions

Tuition Agreement

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and NALP Training and by signing the enrolment form you confirm that any work you submit for assessment is your own work and that are fully aware of the following terms.

Eligibility to Enrol for the Course:

By signing and submitting the enrolment form, you agree that you have read the eligibility criteria for the course and that you fulfill these criteria. Evidence of such eligibility should be produced upon the request of NALP.  If it transpires after enrolment that you clearly do not fulfill the eligibility requirements, or that you fail to comply with requests to produce evidence and you decide not to continue with the course,  no refund of course fees shall be made.

Delivery Policy:

Upon receipt of the course fees, or if paying by instalments on receipt of the initial payment and providing evidence that instalments have been arranged, the course material will be delivered by email within seven working days.

Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel within 10 days of the receipt of the study material supplied and will receive a refund of the full amount paid, less the sum of £150 to cover administration costs and study materials. No refunds will be made in any other circumstances.

Time Management:

You are responsible for managing your own learning and must timetable your own studies.

The overall time limit to complete the course is 2 years. Failure to complete the course within this time period will require the learner to re-enroll. Any failure by you to manage your own studies or any personal circumstances which may mean that you are unable, for any reason, to continue your studies, or your studies fall behind, are no reasons for failing to pay any instalments as and when they fall due or any grounds for cancelling the course.

Plagiarism:

NALP takes a hard line on plagiarism. If a learner wishes to use researched information then this must be put in quotes and annotated to indicate the source. There could be serious consequences for the learner if this is ignored.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is extremely important to us so we only use the information you provide about yourself and/or your company to provide our services or to help us to improve our services to you.

Our website does not use Cookies nor any other automated method to collect personal information. No information is stored without your express or implied permission (i.e. if you have contacted us for an enquiry, we may collect the data for internal use only or to respond to you).

Assignments and Marking Policy:

You have to pass all assignments to gain the full qualification.

You have 2 attempts at each. Failure to achieve a pass mark on the second attempt will require a student to re-sit that particular assignment and this will incur a further fee.

Re-sit fees are: £20 per assignment.

Copyright and IP:

Copyright of all course material remains that of NALP. Course material may not be reproduced in whole or part by any method, without prior written permission from NALP. Unauthorised reproduction or transmission of any part of course material will be considered a breach of copyright.

The NALP Logo is the Intellectual Property of NALP and cannot be copied or used for commercial gain without the express permission of NALP.

Membership:

Students have one year membership to NALP as an Affiliate member. Affiliates are required to renew annually whilst studying. Upon successful completion of the course any remaining months will be upgraded to the appropriate level of membership.

Special Circumstances:

Students are required to notify NALP in writing before or at the time of enrolment of any disability that will effect their ability to do the work. NB: Evidence will be required to be submitted for our records.

If you are in need of extra time to complete an assignment please contact NALP to request the Policy on how to do this.
